About Me

I grew up (mostly) in the Greater Vancouver area, until I came to Waterloo to study engineering as an undergrad. Waterloo was a great experience, and I particularly enjoyed my internships (co-ops) which I did in far-away places like Ghana, Saudi Arabia and India. In fact, I liked it so much that I decided to stick around for two more years---this time, in computer science.

I also spent a lot of my undergraduate volunteering with Engineers Without Borders, and remain very interested in world politics and international issues. These days, though, I am spending most of my time pursuing my research interests in renewable energy and computer science.
